Refund & Return Policy

At Wearvalue, all orders are processed on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis only. We are committed to providing quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• Return requests raised after the return period will not be accepted.

Refund Policy (COD Orders)

• Since all orders are Cash on Delivery, cash refunds are not provided.
• Approved returns will be processed as a replacement or store credit, as applicable.
• Store credit can be used for future purchases on Wearvalue and is non-transferable.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that are used, damaged, or altered.
• Items returned without original tags or packaging.
• Discounted or clearance products marked as non-returnable.

Return Process

1. Contact our support team within the return window.
2. Share your order ID and reason for return.
3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
4. Returned items will be inspected before approval.

Important Notes

• Wearvalue reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions.
• Repeated return requests or COD refusal may result in account restriction.
